Our custom designed covers are made from a combination of materials which offer a range of benefits for our customers. They are durable, waterproof, breathable, lightweight and easy to handle, thus providing a high level of protection against the sun’s rays, sand, dust, rain, snow, humidity and condensation. They also offer significant protections against corrosion, reducing its impacts on the assets by 85% to 95%. This makes them an effective solution to protect sensitive industrial systems and components.
Each is designed to fit your product perfectly and made to international standards which are rigorously tested to ensure durability. Our corrosive protective covers can be made to any size, in a range of materials and can be shipped globally.
Manufactured in the UK. Shipped Globally. Clever protective covers.
Wind turbines like all equipment need to be maintained to keep them functioning effectively, maintenance workers are often subjected to the elements while testing and maintaining the turbines due to their height and the fact that they are often located in wide open spaces on hilltops, close to the sea or indeed offshore in bodies of water, wind turbine Wind farms can offer the most dangerous and exposed weather conditions resulting in an extremely challenging and high risk working environment.
Dust and dirt are problematic when it comes to machinery. It gets inside components and can negatively impact on performance, causing excessive downtime. Erosion is also a cause for concern, All vehicles need to be protected from being exposed to excessive amounts of dust and dirt and this is particularly true for military vehicles which often operate on rough terrain and harsh environments.
During marine construction silt and sediment can cause turbidity in the water, turbidity is measured by the quality of the water. Silt curtains also known as turbidity curtains are used to control this and create a barrier to stop the spread of this contamination. When construction is taking place in or around waters it is imperative that steps are put in place to prevent any spread of turbidity due to legislation.
Harsh environmental conditions were causing equipment on the Ascension Island to rust and corrode. This led to delays in productivity as costly refurbishment works had to be carried out on a monthly basis. Our challenge was to identify and implement a cost effective solution that would prevent corrosion, minimise downtime and protect this high value equipment from destruction and a reduced lifespan. The protective covering also had to be easy to fit and durable to stand the test of time.
